Shipping and Return Policy
We ship same day on most orders placed prior to 2:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Parts may vary in color or style from the item pictured, if you have a question about a part please contact our Parts Department at 1-800-231-6876.
Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Receipt of Order:
Please inspect your order upon receipt of merchandise. Check your order carefully; small items may be packaged inside of larger items. If there is a discrepancy, call within 48 hours. There will be no claim after this time.
Damaged Items:
All merchandise leaving our store is inspected and in good condition. If you receive a damaged shipment, report the "Damage" to the carrier immediately, preferably before they leave your location. You must then notify our office at 800-231-6876.
On UPS damaged items, hold the parts in the original package for UPS inspection.
If the above procedures are followed, we will ship your replacement parts at no additional charge. If not, the loss will be at your expense.
