Parts are covered for one year from the date of purchase. ATP will inspect all parts returned to us and will determine at our discretion whether or not the part is defective. Only parts that have been installed and used correctly are covered. If the part failed due to misuse, faulty installation or was in any way damaged by the customer, the Warranty is void. ATP will not be liable for labor, downtime or any other expense. If deemed defective, the part will either be replaced or refunded at the original purchase price, not including shipping.
