90 Day Return Policy on New Parts
Please contact us at 1-800-231-6876 to get authorization prior to making a return.
Make sure you include a copy of your original invoice or complete the
Merchandise Return Form to include with your return.
Returned parts must be new, unused and in sellable condition.
Alexander’s Tractor Parts allows returns for new parts up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
A 15% minimum restocking fee may apply.
The restocking fee may be revised, at our discretion, based on final inspection of the parts returned and circumstances involved.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the incorrect part and would like to exchange it for the correct one, please contact us and we will assist you with exchanging it.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if you ordered incorrectly.
Warranty
New parts are covered for (1) year from the date of purchase. Alexander’s Tractor Parts will inspect all parts returned to us and will determine at our discretion whether or not the part is defective. Only parts that have been installed and used correctly are covered. If the part failed due to misuse, faulty installation or was in any way damaged by the customer, the Warranty is void. Alexander’s Tractor Parts will not be liable for labor, downtime or any other expense, for parts ordered. If deemed defective, the part will either be replaced or refunded at the original purchase price, not including shipping. Warranty does not include electrical parts.
We offer a (1) year warranty on parts for Long Blocks and Short Blocks and a (6) month limited warranty on labor. Warranty labor not to exceed 30% of purchase price and is at the discretion of Alexander’s Tractor Parts.
